In this paper, the relationship between class, status, ideology, alienation and authoritarianism are examined in terms of the empirical data and researches on the civil engineers and teachers. Sociological studies examine power relations intensely, hovewer it does not regard the differentiation between power and domination. Here, the basic arguments are a) each power are not domination, but all domination need power", b) more than as a potential power, "domination and class reproduce themselves vice versa. and c) it is admitted that alienation accompany all kind of relations of domination and class, d) it is asserted that in definition of the phenomenon of class, "livelihoods" is one of the restrictive facts and e) "classes openness" and in-class "status differentiation" are important mechanisms in the reproduction of class societies.
